Scout Pro balances are precision weighing instruments, designed to provide years of service. Features include front panel controls, simplified menu, automatic shutoff, multiple weighing units, percent weighing parts counting and a weigh below hook. A total of seven models are available with full capacity ranges of 200g to 6000g. All models are available with an OPTIONAL RS232 Interface or USB Interface to communication with external computers or Ohaus uprinter. The balance can be operated by a 9 Volt battery or with the AC Adapter supplied.
These balances offer affordable, superior
performance with multiple weighing units, parts counting, and battery operation.
Each Scout™ Pro is quick and easy to use with a large stainless steel weighing
pan and simple two-button operation. All of Scout™ Series feature
large, high contrast LCD display for great visibility; a low profile, ergonomic
design;
an integral security bracket; auto shutoff (user enabled/disabled); a
stability indicator; an error indicator for over/under loads; span and linear
calibration; a tare feature, low battery indicator, and a sealed front panel
and spill ring which prohibits spills from entering the balance. All
Scout™ balances come standard with a weigh below hook for applications
(e.g. density determination or specific gravity) that may be installed at the
bottom of the balance. The Ohaus Scout™ Pro is backed by a
2 Year manufacturers warranty.
