SK-Z/D
SERIES DIGITAL SCALES The SK-Z displays in grams and Pound/Ounces. Displayed resolution is slightly lower to 1/2,000 and none of the SK-D are Type Approved. All of the SK-Z Series are NSF Certified (sanitary for food processing & food service) perfect for the prep cook area in your restaurant. The SK-D offers a dual display in both the front and back. This is our least requested scales of the SK. This is probably due to the higher cost since the SK-D has two digital readouts. The SK-D is not LFT or NSF recognized.- The entire SK-Series operates on either 6 D type batteries or optional AC adapter.
